Dog Walking
I offer small group dog walks
or solo dog walks
of differing lengths. All walk times quoted exclude travel time.
Standard Group Dog Walks: A minimum of 60 minutes and will suit most dogs. I provide a range of walks to maximise variety and interest for the dogs. We usually get out and about exploring the local countryside (fields, woods, bridlepaths etc), but we also do "sniffaris". Walks are usually provided for a maximum of 3 dogs at a time.
I also offer:
Short Dog Walks: 30 or 45 minute walks that will suit senior or younger dogs (including puppies) or simply those who prefer a shorter walk. These walks are usually only available for dogs living in Chippenham.
Your dog’s walks will be planned with consideration of your dog’s age, health, behaviour and fitness, aiming to provide plenty of variety, sniffs and fun. I may make recommendations based on the information you provide, for example I may suggest a solo walk initially for puppies or anxious or nervous dogs.
Safety is paramount - which is why I only provide small group or solo walks - I want to ensure that I can always respond to your dog's needs. Wherever possible, I avoid walking in fields with livestock or next to fast running rivers (usually the winter months). I am also first aid trained and carry a first aid kit.
I will do my best to return your dog as clean as possible but the nature of our walks means that there will be days when they come home a bit grubby! Dogs will be cleaned with fresh towels and I have a mobile dog washer for those really muddy days. Just think of the fun they will have had!
I provide regular walks Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), but I understand that clients may have a need for occasional weekend or bank holiday walks. Therefore, and subject to availability, existing clients can request weekend and bank holiday walk bookings.
Prices start at £10 for a 30 minute group walk & £12.50 for a 30 minute solo walk
Pet & Puppy Pop-Ins
I offer a pet pop-in
service where I will visit your dog, cat or pet in your home, where I will check on them, I can feed them, let them out, provide play time and cuddles.
Pop-In visits can be provided of different lengths to meet the needs of customers and their pets. They are also suitable for bitches in season when they cannot go out on walks.
I provide pop-ins Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays), but understand that clients may have a need for occasional weekend or bank holiday visits. Therefore, and subject to availability, existing clients can request weekend and bank holiday pop-in bookings.
Prices start at £8 per visit.
