BOOKINGS: Dog Walking
Bookings can be made on an ongoing monthly basis or an ad-hoc basis. My usual walk is a 60 plus minute small group walk, but I can provide differing lengths including short 30 minute walks, 45 minutes and extended 90 minute walks. Short walks are only available to clients living in Chippenham. Walk times exclude travel time.
Monthly Bookings: these are ideal for clients who know when they require walks week in, week out. It is an ongoing booking and will continue until you cancel the booking. Don’t worry if you are going on holiday – let me know and I will pause your booking for the period of your holiday.
Ad-hoc Bookings: these are ideal for clients who don’t always know when they will need a dog walk or aren’t able to plan weeks in advance. Once a "meet & greet" has been arranged and a Dog Information Form completed, these can be requested at short notice, subject to availability.
BOOKINGS: Pet & Puppy Pop-Ins
Pet Pop-Ins is a pet visiting service, which is ideal for clients who need someone to pop-in and check on their dog/cat/pet when they are unable to do so. It is not intended to be a dog sitting or boarding service.
Visits of different lengths can be booked. Short pop-ins are only available to Clients living in Chippenham. Unfortunately, I cannot look after most reptiles or spiders. Please discuss your requirements with us.
Monthly or ad-hoc bookings are available. Don’t worry if you are going on holiday – let me know and I will pause your booking for the period of your holiday.
BOOKINGS: Weekends and Bank Holidays
I don't provide regular services at weekends or on bank holidays. However, I do understand that there will be occasions when clients may need a dog walk or pop-in during a weekend or on a bank holiday. Perhaps you are attending a wedding or a family birthday party! Therefore, for existing clients and subject to availability, I can provide your usual walk or pop-in. If you know you are going to need to be out for much of the day you may want to book a weekend bundle where I will walk your dog and pop-in later to check on them, let them out and feed them. Please ask for more details.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS: Notice Periods
I ask for as much notice as possible for monthly or ad-hoc bookings - and at least as much time as needed to arrange a "meet & greet" and to complete the Dog or Pet Information Form (before the first walk / visit). I ask for 48 hours notice if cancelling a walk or pop-in within a regular ongoing monthly booking. I ask for 14 days notice when cancelling an ongoing monthly booking and 48 hours when cancelling an ad-hoc booking. A charge may be made if bookings are cancelled outside of these notice periods.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS: Emergencies
Whilst I do have booking and cancellation notice periods, I understand that life isn’t always that straight forward. If you need an emergency booking please contact me and I will do my best to meet your request.
COVID-19:
In the event that bookings need to be amended or cancelled as a result of Covid-19, e.g. the development of symptoms or changes in government guidance, the standard booking and cancellation notice periods will not apply.
